"It’s a good one . Only issue is no pipe fixture available to fill the filtered water into another vessel . Delivery was on time and product was intact . The installation technician could have been better as he roughly handled and eroded a bit of my cabinet while installation including boring a hole and damaged the led strip inside the cabinet . "Replaced a rented purifier with our own Proven Magnum, and no regrets. The TDS control keeps the taste nicely balanced. The alkaline water feels smoother and easier to drink. Drinking water tastes much better, and even tea and coffee taste nicer. It handles our hard, high-TDS water far better than the old unit. Filling speed could be a touch faster, but it is a minor thing. Overall, a solid choice for the home."
