They charge installation charges of Rs 550 that are unknownn during purchase howevere nominal. "बहुत ही घटिया कंपनी है। इसके अंदर के पार्ट्स बहुत गंदी क्वालिटी के है। बिलकुल मत लीजिए। पहले तो सास लगेगा फिर पार्ट्स जल्दी जल्दी खराब होने लगेंगे। वारंटी तो मिलती है पर विजिटिंग चार्ज अलग से लगता है। मुझसे तो installation चार्ज 1000 लिया गया था। बहुत बेकार कंपनी है।Read moreRead lessOne person found this helpfulHelpfulSending feedback...Thank you for your feedback.Sorry, we failed to record your vote. "Decided on the Proven Jupiter for our kitchen and have been using it daily. 12L of storage is plenty for our family's daily needs. For the features it offers, it feels like good value."
"The feature set is genuinely useful, though the tank felt slightly smaller than I imagined for our use. Still, it does the basic job well."
"The Proven Aqua fits and works, but the delivery and packaging left a little to be desired for me."
"It fits my Proven purifier perfectly."

"Product matches the description perfectly. Very satisfied with my purchase. The TDS levels have improved dramatically."
"Our building water needed proper purification, so we got the Proven Swift. The copper-infused water is a nice touch that the whole family enjoys. A few weeks in and it has been completely trouble-free. Installation was smooth and the technician explained the upkeep clearly. The TDS control keeps the taste nicely balanced. Filling speed could be a touch faster, but it is a minor thing."
"Wanted to upgrade from a basic model, so we went for the Proven Eleven. Storing copper water the traditional way was a hassle; this does it automatically. The 12L tank is convenient and we rarely wait for it to refill. Overall, a solid choice for the home."

"We were not happy with our drinking water, so we picked up the Proven Magnum. The difference on our hard water is very noticeable."
"It handles our hard, high-TDS water far better than the old unit."
"Picked the Proven Pixer after reading up on a few options. The alkaline option is a welcome plus for daily drinking. Installation was smooth and the technician explained the upkeep clearly. The taste of the purified water is crisp and pleasant. Earlier our water tasted flat; the TDS adjustment has fixed that. Glad we made the switch."
"We were not happy with our drinking water, so we picked up the Proven Eleven. Drinking water tastes much better, and even tea and coffee taste nicer. Fitting it was done cleanly without any mess. It looks modern and tidy in the kitchen. Earlier our water tasted flat; the TDS adjustment has fixed that. No complaints at all till now."
"Got the Proven Eleven installed for our family last month. The alkaline option is a welcome plus for daily drinking. No leaks, no fuss — it just works every day. The added minerals make the water feel better than plain RO water."
"Replaced a rented purifier with our own Proven Pixer, and no regrets. The mineral enhancement is a clear upgrade over our old basic RO. We chose it mainly for the alkaline water, and it has not disappointed. There is a clear difference in how light and fresh the water tastes now. The setup was quick and completely hassle-free. Delivery was a day late, though the product itself is great."
